Supplier Agreement
Terms for suppliers who list modular and portable site buildings on Modular Market.
1.Overview
This Supplier Agreement governs the relationship between Modular Market ("we", "us") and suppliers listed on the platform ("you", "Supplier"). By listing products on Modular Market you agree to these terms.
2.Eligibility
To list on Modular Market you must:
- Be a registered UK business.
- Hold all necessary insurance for the products you supply.
- Comply with relevant UK standards and regulations for modular and portable buildings.
- Have a demonstrable track record of delivery and service quality.
3.Listing requirements
Each listing must include:
- Accurate dimensions, specifications and materials.
- Current starting price for hire and / or purchase.
- Representative, high-quality imagery of the product.
- Honest and up-to-date lead times, availability and delivery options.
You are responsible for keeping your listings accurate. We may remove listings that we reasonably believe are misleading or out of date.
4.Enquiries and response standards
When we forward an enquiry to you, you agree to:
- Respond to the buyer within one working day where possible.
- Provide accurate pricing and lead-time information.
- Only use the buyer's contact details for the purpose of responding to the specific enquiry, unless you obtain separate consent.
- Treat the buyer's personal data in line with UK GDPR and our privacy policy.
5.Commission
Modular Market charges a referral commission on sales and hires arising from enquiries we introduce. Commission rates, invoicing terms and payment schedules are set out in your separate commercial schedule.
You agree not to route introduced buyers off-platform to avoid commission. We reserve the right to audit attribution in cases of suspected circumvention.
6.Quality and conduct
You agree to deliver products and services that match the specification, timeline and pricing quoted to the buyer. Repeated or serious failures (late delivery, mis-specification, unprofessional conduct) may result in suspension or removal from the platform.
7.Intellectual property
You grant Modular Market a non-exclusive licence to use your logo, product imagery and supplied content on the Service for the purposes of marketing and operating the marketplace. You retain ownership of all your content.
8.Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement on 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate immediately for material breach, repeated quality failures or conduct that harms buyers or the reputation of the platform.
9.Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
