We help you define the size, layout and features you need, develop an initial modular configuration, and then progress the requirement with suitable modular supply and specialist installation capability.
The modular system is manufactured or supplied by the relevant manufacturer or supplier, then assembled and completed on your site by specialist modular installers.
This isn’t a finished building delivered in one piece. Depending on the project, the modular system is supplied for assembly and completion at your site by specialist installers.

The relevant supplier or manufacturer develops the final technical specification and provides the commercial quotation.

Supply, delivery & specialist installation
The modular system is manufactured or supplied and delivered to your site, then assembled and completed by specialist modular installers with the right experience for the system and project.
Our role
Modular Market coordinates the opportunity — we do not manufacture or install the building. Final technical design, engineering, compliance, manufacturing and product responsibility remain with the relevant supplier/manufacturer, while site installation is carried out by suitable specialist modular installers responsible for their own scope of work.
